OWH Sketch #212

Another Sunday Sketch (#212) from OWH, and I can participate!   I'm watching Olympics and catching up on the shows I have on the DVR.  Amazing how quickly you can fall behind!

This the sketch details

and here is my card.

I dusted off some Nestabilities pennants, which worked out perfect for this sketch.  The paper is Stampin Up! crumb cake for the base, the patterned paper is a 6x6 pack from My Mind's Eye called "Love Me".   You can just barely see that the top (2" x 5-1/4") is a sheet that just has love, love, love written all over it.  It's perfect for a card that I wanted to be about love.  The sentiments are from an OWH set from Hero Arts "Year Round Sentiments"

I curled up the pennants just  a little to stand out....a very simple card but I'm pleased with how it came out.

Happy crafting!!

Love the balanced color palate, nice combo pink and kraft, not too girly. Love the addition of the "love" background paper, combines well with the other love additions. TFS!

I like how you used the flags and the kraft and pink -- everything coordinates so well together.

This is a terrific "love" card. Great paper and those banners are very nice. I like that you added the heart near your sentiment. Great touch. Hope you enjoy your evening.
